In Progress: Update your Membership Record
You may submit membership record updates by logging into your Members Only profile
or by emailing PCSA Management at pcsa@facs.org. These updates may include a change in status, such as retirement, office relocation or a new email address. Please be sure your member record is kept current so you do not miss important announcements.

Due 2 weeks before the Annual Caucus Dinner Meeting:
New member applications are due two weeks before the Annual Caucus Dinner Meeting. Each membership application requires 3 PCSA Member sponsor letters and at least one sponsor must be in attendance at their Caucus Dinner. PCSA Member Sponsors may submit their support letter directly to PCSA electronically to pcsa@facs.org

July 1 through June 30 each year: Membership Renewal
Dues payments are due prior to each Annual Meeting. Payment should be submitted online through your Members Only portal
 or by mail to PCSA management.

October 31: Member Obituaries
Please forward member obituaries to your Caucus Councilor or to PCSA Management to be published in the annual Program Book. We ask that a photograph of the deceased be included, if one is available. Electronic submission is preferred. 

Registration Opens: Typically mid-October each year

February 1: Sponsors/Exhibitors Closes. PCSA seeks sponsors to exhibit at the Annual Meeting. If you know vendors that may be interested in exhibiting during the meeting, please have them email Judy Hambrick at jhambrick@facs.org for more information or visit the Industry Support webpage.

February 16-19, 2018
PCSA's 89th Annual Meeting will be held at The Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa, California.
 Registration for the event will begin in October via www.pcsaonline.org.
