PCSA CME Instructions

 

1.       CME Evaluation Form

Attendees are required to complete the CME Global Evaluation in order to receive a CME Certificate. The CME Global Evaluation will be available on the PSCA website and by clicking here now. To receive the CME Certificate, please submit to PCSA no later than March 30th.

a.       PCSA offers MOC Credit for each Scientific Session. We are restricted from providing the MOC quiz prior to each Session.

b.      Complete the MOC Session Online Quiz – To complete the online MOC quiz, you will need to either visit PCSA’s website and click on the CME/MOC Information drop down link to locate each quiz or you can complete the quiz as they are emailed to you after each Session.

c.       Attendees are required to receive a 75% or higher score in order to pass the MOC quiz, however, you may take the quiz as many times as you would like.

d.      MOC quizzes MUST be taken within ten days of the end of the PCSA’s Annual Meeting, which is Thursday, February 28th.

e.      Upon passing your MOC quiz your information will be submitted to PCSA.

f.        MOC credit will be included on your FINAL CME Certificate which will be emailed no later than Thursday, March 30. 

 

Important Deadline for Claiming Credit
PCSA partners with the American College of Surgeons (ACS) to offer AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ for the PCSA’s Annual Meeting. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The ACS requires that you complete all meeting evaluations by the dates listed below to receive credit.

March 3, 2019 – All CME evaluations must be completed to claim credit and receive your certificate.
