Please note that the Registration Fee for Guests of Meeting Attendees Includes ONLY the following: Welcome Reception, Historian Presentation, Invited Speakers, Presidential Keynote, President's Panel, Presidents' Reception and Dinner. If you would like to enjoy breakfast, coffee breaks, exhibit hall and the Scientific Sessions, please register as a meeting attendee.


INCLUDED ACTIVITIES:The Welcome Reception and Presidents' Reception and Dinner are included with all registrations however we can continue to work on lowering costs in the future with accurate food and beverage counts. Please let us know if you and any guests will be attending when you register. In the event your plans change, please let PCSA know so that we are able to change the headcount with the hotel.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES: Refer to the registration form for activities and pricing. Advance registration is strongly recommended, as all activities are subject to cancellation if minimum registration is not met. Please note, refunds will not be given for reasons such as inclement weather once an activity ticket has been purchased. If an activity minimum is not met, a full refund will be issued. 

PAYMENT: Payment must be paid in full at the time of registration. Forms received without full payment will not be processed. Purchase orders will not be accepted. If registration is submitted by fax or online, the original registration form is not required.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION:Early Registration must be postmarked by Friday, January 10, 2020. Registrations received and postmarked after Friday, January 10, 2020, will be charged according to the pricing structure published on the registration form. Online registration ends on Monday, February 11. Onsite registrations will be accepted after Monday, February 10.

CANCELLATION: Requests for registration refunds must be made in writing and received on or before Friday, January 31, 2020. There is a $100 handling fee for ALL refunds and returned checks. Cancellations and registrations postmarked after the deadline date (February 1st) will not be eligible for refunds.

 

 

Note regarding Unauthorized Registration and Housing Services:

It has come to our attention there are companies operating on the internet claiming to offer registration and housing services for PCSA Meetings. These companies are not affiliated with PCSA and do not offer any services on our behalf. You may receive e-mails or phone calls from these companies urging you to book hotel rooms or register for the meeting(s). Registration and housing should only be accessed from the PCSA website. Housing reservations should be made directly with the hotel.
