PCSA members comprise four caucuses based on geographic location. These caucuses (1) promotes networking between members with colleagues in their geographic area, (2) ensure fairness of representation from all regions across the Pacific Coast, and (3) offer a smaller, cohort-based process for members to elect new members and determine leadership strategies for the betterment of PCSA.
